I love my life.

 

But every so often, depression creeps in. Its less as I got older only because I understand myself a bit better. Anxiety and fear rule the mind of a depressed person and you can’t understand it unless you have experienced it.  Depression is something I Don’t wish upon anyone.

Here are some ways to practice helping yourself.

A GRADITUDE JOURNAL! Just writing things down in no order and seeing what was amazing about your day on paper.  Even if omg you were able to shower today.

A BATH! WITH LOTS OF YUMMY SMELLS! AND CANDLES!

A WALK WITH MUSIC. LISTEN AND RELAX.
